Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because many of our products are teas, herbs, tinctures, honey preparations, and other consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when an order has arrived damaged, incorrect, or there has been an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, something is missing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Butterfly Girl Apothecary within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when possible, a photo of the item or package so we can quickly help resolve the problem.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Consumable Products
For health and safety reasons, opened teas, loose herbs, tinctures, honey preparations, and other consumable products cannot be returned or resold.
