A collection of reflections and simple practices created to encourage self-discovery, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection with who we truly are. Alongside Lonnie of Malani Meditation (malanimeditation.com), whose teachings helped inspire many of these practices, we’ll share an experience from the book and explore what it means to bring greater presence into everyday life.

But perhaps the most beautiful part of these gatherings is the opportunity to connect, not only with ourselves, but with one another. In a welcoming space of openness, curiosity, and genuine conversation, we’ll explore the emotions that shape our experiences, the beliefs we carry, and the possibilities that begin to emerge when we feel safe enough to simply be ourselves. There is something powerful about discovering that beneath our different stories, we share so much of the same human experience.
